Celebrity warrior on BBC’s Go Hard or Go Home

Welsh athlete Adelé Nicoll became the first ever Team GB representative in the monobob competition at Milano Cortina 2026. She also competed in the two-woman bobsleigh competition and has a silver medal in the 2022 bobsleigh World Cup. She is also British shotput champion and made the shotput final of the Commonwealth Wealth Games in Birmingham. 

With over 25 Welsh titles to her name across the discus and shotput, she is currently combining training for both winter and summer Olympics with her work in entertainment.

Having starred as a celebrity warrior on BBC’s NTA-nominated show Go Hard or Go Home, Adelé is a popular speaker, mentor and has a masters degree in psychology. She also works with corporate partners to provide bobsleigh experiences including insights from psychology, lessons learnt as an athlete and passenger rides!
