Mariah Idrissi - model / writer

Mariah is a model, presenter and filmmaker from the UK. She became recognised as the world’s first hijab-wearing model after featuring in H&M’s international ‘Close the Loop’ campaign. Mariah has featured in press, including CNN, BBC, and the New York Times as a leading authority in ‘modest fashion’.

Outside of modelling, she produced and presented a short documentary for Comic Relief and produced online adverts for MAC cosmetics and Elizabeth Arden. She contributes as a writer to magazines such as Grazia, Vogue Arabia and Stylist and works with charities including as an ambassador for Help Yateem. She is currently working on a feature film and documentary.

Mark Ormrod MBE -

Mark is a former Royal Marines Commando who completed tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He was injured in Afghanistan on Christmas Eve 2007 and became the UK’s first triple amputee from the conflict. Since then he has become a successful author, motivational speaker and Britain’s most successful ever Invictus Games athlete winning 11 medals, four gold, and Spirit of the Games following which he won BBC South-West’s Sports Personality of the Year. Prince Harry dubbed him “Britain’s answer to Superman.”

The Amazon film #NoLimits – the Mark Ormrod documentary tells his story up to 2017. In 2020, he was awarded an MBE for services to the Armed Forces and Veteran Community before winning Pride of Britain’s Fundraiser of the Year in 2021 after completing an ultratriathlon that raised over £600k. He is currently working on his second book and has just obtained an open water swimming world record. The father of three is married to Becky and does adaptive CrossFit and Brazilian jiu-jitsu in his spare time.

Heather ‘Fish’ Fisher OLY -

Birmingham-based Olympic rugby player and former GB bobsledder, Heather is an accomplished elite athlete, motivational speaker, LGBT advocate and media personality with her own BBC radio podcast.

After a difficult start in life and teenage struggles with anorexia , Heather quickly found she excelled in the sports arena. Breaking her back in four places in her late 20s left her in a back brace for 18 months and triggered alopecia which impacted her self-confidence and perception of herself. Never to be held down, she learnt to crawl, walk and finally run again before returning to international sport and was quickly back at the top of her game. Rugby highlights include competing in five Rugby World Cups and winning in 2014, winning four Six Nations, medalling at the Commonwealth Games and representing Team GB in the Olympic Games Rio 2016. 

Since retiring as an athlete, she has become an accomplished motivational speaker, MC an event host and has taken on a number of TV and radio opportunities. Building on her stint on Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, she became a celebrity warrior on BBC survival show Go Hard or Go Home. Heather also does extensive charity work raising money for young people with autism and for those with alopecia.

Seapeekay (CPK) aka Callum Knight is a world record breaking gamer, best known for Minecraft, and a content creator for esports team Misfits Gaming.

He has nearly 700k followers on YouTube, as well as strong and rapidly growing communities on Twitch, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, and streams daily to thousands of viewers. A mental health advocate, Callum is also a firm believer in the higher power of the gaming community to support one another’s well-being.

Previous partnerships include some of the world’s biggest tech brands such as Sony and Microsoft for whom he’s worked on multiple XBox activations including as the face of their ‘Jump in’ campaign which launched on the screens across Piccadilly Circus.

Anthony Ogogo OLY -

Elite athlete, podcaster, actor and model Anthony Ogogo is an Olympic medallist in boxing and a professional wrestler. Anthony was at one time the world’s most sponsored boxer with partners including Nike, Subway, Coco-Cola. 

He has appeared on Strictly Come Dancing, Bear Grylls Celebrity Island, Splash!, Celebrity Mastermind and has featured on A Question of Sport more than ten-times as well as celeb game shows Celebrity Pointless and Tipping Point.  

He got a bronze medal in the London 2012 Olympics despite travelling back and forth during the Games to visit his mum who was in hospital fighting for her life following a brain aneurysm. After turning pro, Anthony racked up a perfect 11-0 record and was on the cusp of a world title fight when disaster struck. He suffered an orbital fracture. Misdiagnosis meant he kept fighting resulting in irreparable damage to his eye and related soft tissue. To try and get his eye fit to return to the ring, Anthony had nine surgeries over three years during which more damage occurred and he had to retire from boxing. 

Anthony regularly works as a boxing pundit and commentator on channels including Sky Sports, BBC, ITV and BT Sport. He has modelled for fashion brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, DSquared, Lyle & Scott and has modelled at Milan Fashion Week twice as well as London Fashion Week. His podcast ‘Getting Back Up, with Anthony Ogogo’ launches this summer.

Will Bayley MBE PLY -
Paralympic table tennis player

Will is a World and Paralympic Table Tennis Champion, winning his first world title in 2014. A four-times Paralympian, he has six Paralympic Games medals: London 2012 (silver / bronze), Rio 2016 (gold / bronze) and Tokyo 2020 (two silvers). In 2024, he heads to his fifth Paralympics World No. 1 and once more favourite for gold.

Born with arthrogryposis, Will also battled cancer from a young age, eventually beating it in 2000. He started playing table tennis shortly after his recovery and the rest is history!

Will was awarded his MBE in 2017 and in 2022 was named Sports Personality of the Year at the Sussex Sports Awards and was inducted into the Table Tennis England Hall of Fame.

After a star turn, voted through week-on-week in Strictly Come Dancing 2019, he was forced to withdraw from the competition after sustaining an injury. Pete Reed OBE OLY -

With three gold medals in rowing at three consecutive Olympic Games, Pete secured his first of five World Championship titles less than four years after starting the sport. In his 17-year rowing career, he also secured two Oxford Blues and is one of only 14 Team GB Olympians to stay at the top of his sport for so long.

A serving Royal Navy officer since 1999, Pete retired from rowing in 2018 to resume public service at sea. In 2019 he suffered a spinal stroke causing paralysis below his chest. Pete has since used his military training and Olympic experience to get the best from his changed life circumstances and help others to do the same.

He speaks openly about his unique insight into overcoming adversity and trauma having learned that resilience is not a given trait, but is trainable for everyone. Pete’s greatest personal passions are his wife Jeannie, son Freddie, photography, travel and anything active!

Harry De Cruz - magician

Magician Harry De Cruz was unanimously elected into the Magic Circle, the world’s premier magic society, at just 18 years old, after eight years in the Magic Circle Youth Initiative which included being awarded Member of the Year. He has since been promoted to an Associate of the Inner Magic Circle, the highest degree that can be awarded by examination to a Magic Circle member. 

Creative consultant, big stage and close up entertainer, Harry combines party tricks with comedy, storytelling and, for corporate audiences, lessons in leadership and teamwork taught through the medium of magic. Lynn Jung -

Lynn is a globally-renowned freerunner and parkour athlete from Luxembourg, now based in Brighton, UK. She was one of the first female athletes on the parkour world stage and has competed at all the major international events.

In 2016 Lynn was awarded “Best Female Athlete” at the famous Red Bull Art of Motion competition in Santorini, Greece. She made parkour history as the only female to join the prestigious London-based team “Storm Freerun” and has become a powerful advocate for gender equality within parkour.

Lynn’s dedication to the sport and her viral content has attracted significant commercial support including starring in Jaguar’s James Bond No Time To Die ad, as well as national and international press, including Shape, Women’s Health and Khaleej Times. Michael Gunning -

Michael Gunning is an international swimmer best known for the 200-metre butterfly event. He holds dual nationality, and set national records for both Team GB and Team Jamaica during his competitive swimming career. In 2018, Michael was awarded Sportsman of the Year in Jamaica for his contribution to sport. 

He has been a recognised public figure in the media and entertainment world since he came out as gay on NBC Universal’s E! Entertainment. One of the few mixed-race swimmers in a traditionally white sport, Michael is an inclusivity champion who campaigns for equal rights for the LGBTQ+ community around the world. As such, he recently appeared in BBC One’s ‘Tom Daley : Illegal to be Me’ documentary. 

As the face of Speedo’s Swim United campaign since 2022, Michael has both spoken in Parliament about the need for all young people to have access to swimming lessons and has travelled across the UK to raise awareness and support children who haven’t yet learnt to swim. He also took to our screens alongside Dr Ranj for Children In Need to encourage everyone to get in the water and learn to swim, no matter their background or age. 

Michael has a first-class honours degree in Early Childhood Studies, and is a regular pundit and speaker including hosting the live swimming events at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. He was also one of ten creators selected for Sky Sports 2023/24 production fund and is currently working on his first documentary project.

Tonia Couch OLY - Olympic diver BBC Sport pundit

Professional solo and synchro diver, and regular BBC pundit, Tonia represented Team GB in three Olympic Games, always making the finals and finishing in the top five in both London 2012 and Rio 2016.

In 2002, she became the youngest girl ever to qualify for the lottery funded Junior Olympic Programme before going on to become Britain’s most successful female diver of all time, a title she still holds.

A popular public speaker, Susannah uses her own experience to promote the importance of diverse workforces, building effective teams, nurturing talent and combatting unconscious bias when creating a vision for a successful business.

Luther Burrell -

Ella Greenwood is a British filmmaker and mental health advocate. She is the founder of London-based Broken Flames Productions and is an ambassador for leading teenage mental health charity stem4.

Her work has screened at BAFTA and Oscar accredited festivals and has been featured by the likes of Grazia, Refinery29, Variety, Deadline and Huffington Post. She was selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honouree at the age of 19 and was named Creative Pioneer of the year at the 2021 Darkus Magazine Awards.

Recent projects include ‘Self-Charm’ starring BAFTA winner Bukky Bakray and ‘Smudged Smile’ starring Mia Mckenna-Bruce. She hopes to change the representation of mental health in the media and to support emerging creatives.

Corbin Mackin - ninja / freerunner

Originally from Liverpool, Corbin is a ninja, free runner and stuntman now based in the south-west. Best known for winning Netflix’s Ultimate Beastmaster in 2018, he has also won Ninja Warrior Dubai and qualified to represent Team GB in the World Obstacle Racing Championships in 2020 before they were postponed due to the pandemic. 

A Duke of Edinburgh ambassador who is a record-breaking gold award holder himself, Corbin recently spoke at Buckingham Palace about physical and mental well-being calling on his own experiences with PTSD to support graduates.

Throughout his competitive life as an elite athlete, Corbin has advocated for UK armed forces and veterans’ charities in honour of his elder brother Travis who tragically lost his life while they were serving in Afghanistan.

Corbin is a business owner and enjoys all things fitness-related, in particular winter and adventure sports, as well as spending time with his partner and his young daughter River. 

Robyn Love and Laurie Williams - Paralympic wheelchair basketball

Paralympic wheelchair basketball players Robyn Love from Ayr, Scotland and Laurie Williams from Manchester, England are an engaged couple with one daughter born in 2023 who travels to international competitions with them. 

They will both be competing at this year’s Paralympics in Paris. Laurie has already represented Great Britain at three Paralympic Games, whilst Robyn has two Paralympic Games to her name so far. After meeting on the basketball court in 2015, they became a sporting power couple, as part of the team that took GB to a record finish of second in the world. 

Both have grown up with physical disabilities; Robyn was born with arthrogryposis and Laurie contracted a viral infection at 18 months old which resulted in full-time wheelchair use. 

Laurie and Robyn are advocates for both the LGBT+ and disability communities. They work with brands both individually and as a pair, using their unique experiences to deliver engaging talks promoting the importance of equality, resilience, and leadership. Brand work includes working with Waitrose, PWC, Vitality, John West and Adidas.

Laurie is also a disability model and recognised as a regular from the CBBC show Desperados.

Tom Bosworth MBE OLY -
Olympic race walker

Two-time Olympic race walker and triple world record holder Tom Bosworth is an acclaimed athlete including as Captain of England Athletics for the 2018 Commonwealth Games where he secured a silver medal. In 2015, Tom became the first openly gay track and field athlete representing TeamGB and has since campaigned for equality and inclusivity for the LGBT community. He is also a champion of mental well-being in sport following his own battle with depression. 

Away from the track, Tom has appeared on broadcast channels such as Eurosport and the BBC, including as a guest commentator and has also featured as a guest on ITV’s the Celebrity Chase. In 2022, the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham marked Tom’s last international race appearance and he crossed the line to standing ovation from 27,000 people. Sky Sports recently featured his marriage to his long-term partner Harry.

Catherine ‘Cat’ Capon is a conservation communicator with 15 years’ experience in documentary filmmaking and environmental campaigning. She is passionate about inspiring others to spend time in the wildest parts of our planet.

Adelé Nicoll OLY -

Welsh elite athlete Adelé Nicoll has competed internationally in both bobsleigh and shotput. Her 2022 sporting highlights include a silver medal in bobsleigh at the World Cup, representing TeamGB at the Winter Olympics Beijing, becoming British shotput champion and making the shotput final of the Commonwealth Wealth Games Birmingham. 

With three Welsh records to her name, she is currently combining training for both winter and summer Olympics with her work in entertainment.

Recently starring as a celebrity warrior on BBC’s prime time show Go Hard or Go Home, Adelé is a popular speaker, mentor and has a masters degree in psychology. George Bullard - explorer / presenter

George is a world record-breaking explorer, endurance athlete and motivational speaker. He completed the world’s longest unsupported polar journey of 1,374 miles on foot aged 19 and in 2016 was part of a two-man kayak that became the first to cross the North Atlantic from Greenland to Scotland.

His adventures, which began at the age of 14 when he swam the English Channel as part of a team, have taken him to all seven continents. He also runs two businesses, IGO Adventures and City Camping, which have seen him act as a guide to over 350 people of all ages looking to discover the wild.

Aklakur (Akke) Rahman is a British mountaineer, explorer and running enthusiast who in 2022 climbed Mount Everest in 21 days on one rotation while fasting for Ramadan. He wants to inspire others to get fit and enjoy the outdoors while making a positive social impact.

Greater Manchester triple-jump champion as a teenager, with an 11.5s 100m PB, Akke is a qualified software engineer, a successful business owner and an adventurer.

An experienced international mountain climber, Akke has conquered Europe’s highest peak in Mount Elbrus, Africa’s highest in Kilimanjaro and Mont Blanc in the Alps. His adventures have raised over £350k for charity including £250k for climbing Everest, helping to change thousands of lives for the better. In 2023, his sights are set on the world’s second and third highest peaks – and he won’t be stopping there.

An accomplished motivational speaker, he is happiest with his wife and three children in his hometown of Oldham, Manchester.
